The client in Pirna is hiring a Chemist/Process Operator on a full-time basis, starting immediately. The role involves setting, monitoring, and controlling complex chemical processes; operating and maintaining plant and equipment; documenting syntheses according to production specifications; and maintaining pharmaceutical GMP quality standards. Candidates need vocational training as a Chemikant or specialist in chemistry, technical knowledge of chemical production systems, willingness to work fully continuous shifts, German at least at B2 level, and knowledge of MS Office. The employer offers a permanent employment contract under the DGB/GVP collective bargaining agreement, above-tariff compensation, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and a prospect of being taken on by the client.
