Aspire Public Schools is hiring an immediate Science Teacher for Langston Hughes Academy in Stockton. The role delivers high-quality instruction aligned with California State Standards, develops lesson plans, assesses and differentiates instruction, communicates with students and families, supports individual student needs, and participates in professional development. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, California teaching authorization in a science-related subject area, subject-matter knowledge, knowledge of child cognitive development and learning styles, data-analysis ability, and a willingness to improve instructional practices; one or more years of student-teaching experience is preferred.
