Description
The Family Supportive Housing Program Coordinator provides bilingual housing navigation, outreach, waitlist management, applicant recordkeeping, referral coordination, and placement support for Foundation Communities' family housing programs. The role collaborates with property management, program staff, compliance, and community partners, supports interns and volunteers, and connects households to financial assistance and other resources. It is a full-time position requiring English-Spanish bilingualism, knowledge of nonprofit housing and social services, and experience with homeless or economically disadvantaged families and adults.
