Description
The Finance and Accounting Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of general ledger processes, including account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting, discrepancy resolution, tax monitoring, period-end functions, and financial controls. The role supervises Finance and Accounting employees, coordinates accounting projects and SOP audits, supports clients and departments, trains employees, and makes collections calls when necessary. The candidate profile requires a four-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major and one year of experience in finance and accounting or a related professional area.
