Description
The Chief Accountant will oversee accounting records, tax compliance, financial statements, accounting policies, financial controls, budget execution, asset inventory, transaction recording, external audits, and the development of the accounting team. The role requires higher education in accounting or a related field, IFRS knowledge, regulatory expertise, at least three years of Chief Accountant experience, team leadership experience, analytical ability, and Latvian and English language skills. The position is based in the Akropole Riga business center and offers health insurance after three months, tuition co-funding, and a gross monthly salary of 4,800–5,400 EUR.
