Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to own and scale the AI agenda across the Vehicle Motion Division and BSW.ai Service House. The role will drive an end-to-end AI roadmap, move use cases from pilot to production, establish LLMOps and MLOps standards, and embed AI-first practices across engineering and leadership. Responsibilities include production-grade AI solutions, embedded and edge AI in safety-critical domains, AI-driven software development, knowledge fabrics, RAG, agent workflows, GenAI architectures, governance, responsible AI, and secure enterprise deployment. The posting seeks a PhD with AI specialization, strong production AI/ML/GenAI experience, senior-stakeholder influence, and 12–18 years of engineering or product delivery experience.
