Description
The Senior Personal Injury Attorney serves as lead counsel for significant personal injury matters involving the Authority, including litigation, discovery, court appearances, pleadings, motions, and expert-witness work. The role acts as first chair, mentors junior attorneys and legal support staff, manages case teams, and provides legal advice to clients and Authority staff. It requires a Juris Doctor, Illinois and federal-court bar admission, seven years of practicing-attorney experience, and three years of tort or state and federal court experience or an equivalent combination.
