Description
The Chief Engineer leads the Engineering team and oversees building maintenance, repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy usage, contractor work, tenant improvements, budgets, inventory, and staff development. The role requires extensive industry and supervisory experience, engineering and trade licensing, knowledge of building systems and safety regulations, and the ability to travel daily to assigned properties. It is a 100% in-office position with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
