Description
The Building Services Manager oversees building systems operations, quality, safety, budgeting, reporting, and the supervision and development of Building Technicians. The role includes hiring, performance management, emergency response, on-call scheduling, capital and operating recommendations, and coordination with management and EHS staff. It requires extensive building-systems knowledge, automation and BMS/BAS expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The stated pay range is $70,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
