Description
The Building Services Manager oversees building systems operations, quality, safety, budgeting, reporting, and the supervision and development of Building Technicians. The role includes reviewing work orders, evaluating subcontractors, creating maintenance plans, leading emergency response, managing on-call schedules, and providing operating and capital expenditure recommendations. It requires extensive building-systems knowledge, automation and BMS/BAS expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The stated pay range is $73,000 to $145,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
