EagleBank is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead their enterprise-wide compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal and state banking regulations, consumer protection laws, and internal policies. This senior leadership role involves providing strategic direction and oversight of compliance risk management, serving as a Privacy Officer, CRA Compliance Officer, and a key member of the Ethics Office. The successful candidate will develop and implement compliance systems, monitor regulatory developments, manage examination processes, and ensure compliance with various consumer protection and privacy regulations. They will also partner with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
