MoonPay is hiring a Chief Control Officer to build and lead a first-line risk and control framework across its fiduciary, custody, and regulated financial services activities. The role will design controls, establish monitoring and testing programs, manage issues and remediation, partner with business and risk, compliance, legal, and audit functions, and scale the control environment as the company grows. Candidates need 15+ years of relevant experience in US banking or regulated financial services, including significant first-line control leadership and knowledge of US banking regulation and the three lines of defence model. The position offers a salary of 330,000–400,000 USD, equity, pension contributions, and a hybrid work arrangement.
