Sambla Group is hiring a Chief Credit Officer to build and lead its Credit & Deposits credit function. Reporting to senior management and the Board, the role will align credit risk with the company’s risk appetite, manage credit losses and risk indicators, develop credit risk processes and systems, oversee external credit and debt-collection partners, chair the Credit Committee, and support sustainable lending growth. The position is based in Stockholm or Malmö and requires an academic background in economics, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, at least 10 years of credit responsibility experience, and strong Swedish and English communication skills.
