Shakepay is hiring a Chief Data Scientist, Growth to partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on growth analytics, experimentation, KPI design, forecasting, causal inference, machine learning, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires 8+ years of experience in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or related areas, strong SQL and Python skills, and cross-functional project leadership. It is remote-friendly across Canada, with optional access to offices in Montreal and Toronto, and offers a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 CAD plus equity and benefits.
