Description
Ford is hiring a Chief Engineer, AI Product Creation to lead the strategic integration of AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and intelligent systems across its global product development system. The role will optimize engineering workflows, accelerate development cycles, deploy generative engineering and digital-twin tools, build a cross-functional data lake, and drive a digital-first development culture. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field, 10–15 years of complex product development or systems engineering experience, and proven leadership of large-scale digital transformation initiatives involving AI or high-fidelity simulation. The position is a Level 4 leadership role and is marked hybrid.
