Description
The Building Engineer manages and maintains building systems, supervises engineering staff, performs inspections and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, troubleshoots malfunctions, adjusts building automation systems, ensures code and safety compliance, manages maintenance inventory, and responds to emergency service requests. The role requires at least five years of building maintenance, facility management, or engineering experience, two years supervising maintenance teams, active New Jersey Black and Blue Seal licenses, and strong MEP, HVAC, building automation, blueprint-reading, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
