Description
The HVAC Engineering Supervisor provides supervision and engineering support for building systems, maintenance programs, and operational engineering functions in Class A or high-rise environments. The role covers HVAC, chillers, heating and hot-water boilers, central plant operations, equipment and systems, CMMS software, service bulletins, project implementation, warranty recovery, regulatory compliance, and technical problem solving. It requires at least 5–7 years of engineering experience, preferably in a supervisory role, and strong technical and writing skills.
