The Hoxton Dublin is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee hotel facilities and equipment maintenance, maintenance budgets, stock and supplier controls, health and safety compliance, fire safety testing, contractor management, PPM schedules, and project changes. The role also leads and develops a maintenance team, covers shift engineer shifts as needed, and requires building-management and MEP experience, facility-management software knowledge, stock-management ability, and project-management experience with budget responsibility.
