Description
The role leads and inspires the engineering team responsible for hotel facilities, MEP systems, HVAC, fire and life safety, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, budget and capital project management, contractor oversight, energy efficiency, sustainability, regulatory and health-and-safety compliance, and collaboration with the Executive Committee. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least eight years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including senior management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
