Description
AMD is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the technical execution and success of Discrete GPU Products. The role involves driving cross-functional technical leadership, fostering partnerships with internal teams like Product Definition and Project Management, and owning the overall Product Specification to the Customer. The Chief Engineer will work closely with various AMD teams, including IP, SoC Design, Hardware, Power and Performance, Foundry Technology, Product Engineering, Firmware, Software, and Platform Validation, to ensure compliance with specifications and meeting business requirements. They will also act as an arbiter for key technical trade-offs and decisions, making difficult technical choices and guiding the team.
