Description
Beond is hiring a Chief Engineer to lead line maintenance for its A320 family fleet. The role supervises engineers and mechanics, allocates maintenance tasks and resources, troubleshoots complex defects, coordinates with MCC, CAMO, flight operations, planning and procurement, and ensures maintenance complies with approved procedures and regulations. The position is based at the aircraft's home base in Malé, with Dubai available as a secondary base, and requires duty travel. Candidates need an aircraft maintenance licence with A320-family endorsement, substantial line or base maintenance experience, management experience, and strong technical leadership and troubleshooting skills.
