Description
Kepler Communications is hiring a Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership across spacecraft systems, software, electrical, mechanical, RF, GNC, payload, AIT, manufacturing, operations, and product assurance. The role drives engineering convergence, removes technical roadblocks, leads design and readiness reviews, makes evidence-based technical decisions, communicates with executive leadership and customers, and mentors senior engineers. It requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and at least 15 years of experience developing complex spacecraft or aerospace systems, with spacecraft program leadership and extensive spacecraft lifecycle experience. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Kepler's Toronto headquarters.
