Description
The Chief Engineer leads the Engineering team and oversees building maintenance, repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy usage, contractor work, tenant improvements, budgets, inventory, safety, and staff development. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least ten years of industry-related experience, at least five years of supervisory experience, engineering and trade licenses where required, and advanced knowledge of building systems and operational platforms.
