Description
MANTECH is hiring a Chief Engineer for a hybrid, full-time position in Washington, D.C., with one onsite day and four remote days per week. The role provides executive-level technical leadership for scientific research, innovation, development, and technology strategy; oversees research priorities, methodologies, data collection, analysis, and quality standards; and bridges customer and DHS requirements with technical implementation and procurement decisions. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field, at least 12 years of test and evaluation experience, prototype development experience, and DHS acquisition and systems engineering experience. A DHS Public Trust clearance is required before starting, with Top Secret clearance also required. The projected compensation range is $116,400.00-$194,900.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
