Description
The Building Manager provides administrative and technical direction for the operation and maintenance of one or more Class A buildings, managing engineering staff, capital planning, utility and supplier programs, maintenance reliability, safety compliance, tenant relations, budgets, and after-hours coverage. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education and experience, 8–10 years of engineering experience in buildings of 250,000 square feet or greater, and relevant area-specific licenses, with a CFC universal license preferred. The stated base salary is $130,000–$145,000 annually, with possible bonuses and other incentives.
