Placemakr is hiring a Chief Engineer to establish and own the engineering operations for a Placemakr property, including back-end and access systems, maintenance procedures, inspections, licensing, budgets, vendor management, and team development. The role requires open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with rotational on-site hours, and seeks a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience plus at least three years of leadership experience in a hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or multi-family environment.
