Description
The Guesthouse Engineer is responsible for physical building and IT operations at RH Guesthouse, overseeing facilities standards, security, safety, service, and complex problem-solving. The role also supports the Guesthouse Leader in recruiting, retaining, coaching, and developing associates. Candidates should have 7–10 years of hospitality experience, including at least 5 years leading a building facilities team, along with Certified Chief Engineer certification and expertise in hotel information technology.
