The role provides technical and strategic leadership for civil infrastructure and heavy civil construction projects, overseeing engineering planning, constructability, design coordination, technical risk management, value engineering, compliance, safety, scheduling, and technical decision-making from preconstruction through closeout. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, at least 20 years of progressive engineering experience, a New York and New Jersey professional engineer license, and extensive leadership experience with complex construction projects.
