Description
The Facility Maintenance Manager oversees the safe and efficient operation of industrial refrigeration systems, material-handling equipment, facility infrastructure, and grounds. The role manages maintenance personnel and contractors, schedules facility projects, trains employees on safety and regulatory compliance, participates in emergency response, and supports problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of industrial refrigeration maintenance and operation experience including two years in a senior position, knowledge of refrigeration systems and regulatory programs, and the ability to work on call 24/7/365. The position is full-time, exempt, reports to the General Manager, and offers 401K, educational assistance, and Blue Cross Blue Shield after eligibility periods.
