Westgate Resorts is hiring a Chief Engineer to lead engineering, facilities maintenance, and property operations at its Cocoa Beach resort. The role oversees building systems, preventive maintenance, capital projects, budgets, vendor and contractor relationships, safety compliance, procurement, and emergency response while supporting engineering operations across multiple properties. Candidates need at least three years of engineering, facilities management, or maintenance leadership experience, along with knowledge of building systems, maintenance software, blueprints, and hospitality operations; an associate's or bachelor's degree and OSHA certification are preferred.
