Description
The role involves operating and maintaining the tugboat's machinery, performing inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance, studying onboard systems and procedures, and organizing tools, spare parts, and inventory. It requires prior experience as a shipboard machinery chief on medium- or large-ship vessels, a technical qualification in electrical, electronic, electromechanical, automation, or a related field, valid CIR and EBCP certificates, and compliance with NR 35.
