Description
The Chief Engineer oversees interior and exterior building maintenance for a property, including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, repairs, preventative maintenance, vendor supervision, safety, reporting, and staff development. The role requires supervisory experience in high-rise buildings, HVAC certification or comparable technical certification, knowledge of basic trades, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and a valid Florida driver’s license. It is a full-time exempt salaried position requiring occasional emergency, night, weekend, and off-site work.
