Hotel Equities is hiring a Chief Engineer for the Element by Westin in Sedona, Arizona. The role leads the hotel’s maintenance department, oversees maintenance and life-safety programs, coordinates staff and contractors, manages budgets and capital plans, and ensures the operation and safety of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, power, pool, kitchen, and laundry equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and computer skills, knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
