Description
Costain is hiring a Chief Engineer (HV) within its Technical Excellence team to provide senior technical leadership for high-voltage transmission and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on HV site construction operations, transmission design oversight, technical assurance, safety-by-design, compliance, competency management, stakeholder management, and technical controls across the full project lifecycle from tender and design through construction, commissioning, and handover. The position is based in the London or Manchester office but is mainly project-based, offers hybrid working, and requires travel to UK project locations, suppliers, and offices.
