Description
The M-Code Guidance Set (MGS) Chief Engineer leads engineering and technology activities for the Precision Fires Rockets Development program, providing technical leadership, customer and supplier interface, program planning, system design, verification, qualification, flight testing, risk mitigation, and technical mentoring. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, extensive rocket systems experience, a Secret clearance, and occasional domestic travel; an advanced degree and Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $148,300 to $275,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
