Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Chief Engineer for its Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS) program to lead engineering and technology activities across satellite launch processing, transport, propellant loading, and processing facilities. The role serves as the primary technical authority and customer interface, manages technical risk and process improvement, leads cross-functional engineering teams, and drives new service approaches and business growth. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a relevant technical discipline, formal process-improvement and technical-leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI clearance. The full-time salary range is $182,500 to $338,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
