ActioNet is hiring a Chief Engineer / Technical Integration Lead in San Diego to serve as the technical anchor for a Navy tactical systems modernization program. The role combines enterprise integration architecture with tactical data link and C4I/JADC2 expertise, leading assessments of Navy test and integration environments, architecture concepts, mission use cases, prototype plans, and cross-program governance. It requires 12+ years of systems engineering or integration experience, hands-on tactical data link experience, C4I or C2 architecture experience, Government-ready architecture products, and an active DoD Secret clearance. The position is hybrid with on-site work at a Government facility and offers an annual salary of $170,000–$190,000 plus benefits.
