Description
Westpac is hiring a Chief Engineer – Westpac Intelligence to lead the technical vision, engineering strategy, architecture, standards, and evolution of its Intelligence Platform. The role owns data products, advanced analytics, machine learning, MLOps, decisioning, cloud, and AI capabilities; drives platform performance, security, governance, DevSecOps, and operational resilience; and mentors senior engineers and technical leaders. It is based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working and requires extensive experience leading large-scale engineering organisations and enterprise technology transformations, along with expertise in modern data, cloud, and AI technologies.
