Description
Rosendin is hiring a Chief Estimator to plan, coordinate, and supervise the division’s estimating program, including department administration, corporate estimating procedures, bid strategy, estimate package review, proposal and contract support, and client or management presentations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a business-related field (or equivalent education and technical/field training), at least 10 years of experience in facility construction estimating and related functions, management and problem-solving abilities, Microsoft Office and computer estimating system proficiency, and strong communication and leadership skills.
