Description

W.E. O'Neil Construction is hiring a Chief Estimator to lead its Bay Area estimating team and own pricing strategy, department standards, client-facing pursuits, subcontractor coverage, and the full budget lifecycle. The role reports to the Vice President of Estimating, partners with Preconstruction, Operations, and executive leadership, and includes staff development, hiring, performance management, and continuous improvement. It requires 12+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a commercial general contractor, offers a hybrid schedule with three office days and two remote days, and provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
