Description
The Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board of Trustees and oversee the overall direction, operations, compliance, strategic planning, financial health, fundraising, public relations, marketing, claims management, quality and risk management, and senior leadership of the JRF. The role requires a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with five to ten years of related experience, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or local government, along with strong leadership, financial, grant, data, communication, and community-engagement skills.
