OCDC is hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead its largest Migrant and Seasonal Head Start organization in Oregon. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will set organizational strategy, oversee financial performance and risk management, lead executive teams, manage multi-site operations, build relationships with federal and state partners, and ensure compliance and quality across early-childhood programs. The role is hybrid in Wilsonville, requires travel across Oregon, and demands at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and authentic cultural credibility with migrant, farmworker, and Latino communities.
