ALEC is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to manage the Finance, Accounting, and Operations departments and lead the credit union’s financial activities, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, investment management, regulatory reporting, and strategic financial planning. The role supervises the Accounting Director, Operations Manager, and Finance Manager, requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field plus a CPA designation and eight years of progressive strategic management experience, and offers a base pay range of $217,901.33 to $363,168.89 per hour.
