Description
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to ownership and advisor to senior leadership at a real estate organization, leading financial, capital, risk, treasury, reporting, compliance, and internal-control functions. The role also involves guiding investment and capital allocation, supporting business operations, advising on tax, HR, and risk strategy, modernizing finance technology, and building a high-performing finance team. Candidates need substantial real estate finance experience, including prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience, and must work in the office five days per week.
