Description
Change Church is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for its growing multi-site ministry. The role oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, accounting, reporting, treasury, cash management, compliance, internal controls, audits, vendor and contract oversight, and the development of scalable financial systems. The CFO will advise the pastor, executive team, and Board of Trustees, lead and develop the finance team, and support ministry events. The position requires an active CPA license, a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of progressively responsible accounting and financial leadership experience, and expertise with Sage Intacct and Ramp. The target annual salary is $135,000 to $150,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holiday benefits.
