Description
ViaQuest is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to build and lead the finance organization for its behavioral health division. The role will own the monthly close, external audit relationship, internal controls, accounting policies, and the development of accounting, FP&A, and revenue cycle management teams. The CFO will partner with the CEO, private equity sponsor, and operational leadership to drive financial performance, support strategic transactions, manage lender relationships and covenant compliance, and prepare the company for future capital events. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, with 2–3 days of in-office presence per week.
