New Opportunities, Inc. is hiring a Director of Finance to manage the organization’s financial and accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance. The role provides strategic guidance to senior management, supports Board and Finance Committee presentations, supervises fiscal department staff, and leads budget and forecasting processes. It is a full-time exempt position with a salary of $130,000 to $135,000 per year, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and includes health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and paid-time benefits.
