Peptilogics is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team and lead all financial, accounting, treasury, investor relations, financing, and capital strategy activities as the company advances a surgical therapeutics candidate through late-stage clinical development toward commercialization. The role is highly hands-on and strategic, involving budget leadership, audit and compliance oversight, equity administration, insurance coordination, board/investor communications, and transaction leadership across M&A, licensing, strategic partnerships, and fundraising in a fast-moving life sciences environment.
