Description
Renmoney is hiring a Lagos-based, on-site Chief Financial Officer to serve on its Executive Committee and partner with the CEO, Board, investors, and regulators. The CFO will lead Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Investor Relations, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Management, and Financial Operations; oversee financial strategy, planning, funding, liquidity, capital optimisation, compliance, risk, analytics, finance transformation, and talent development; and support sustainable growth for the Nigerian fintech and financial-services business. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification, at least five years in a CFO, Finance Director, Deputy CFO, or equivalent executive finance role, and preferably 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with strong financial-services, balance-sheet, funding, regulatory, fundraising, investor-relations, and transformation experience.
