Sinclair is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead the global finance function of a privately owned, medium-sized international medical aesthetics company operating across more than 27 countries. The role focuses on business turnaround and transformation, commercial and strategic finance, cash and working-capital management, finance-function rebuild, governance and controls, manufacturing and supply-chain finance, systems and data, and stakeholder leadership. Shanghai is preferred but not mandatory, and the position is global. Candidates need substantial experience as a CFO or senior international finance leader, a proven record of rebuilding finance functions and turning around underperforming businesses, strong operational exposure to manufacturing and working capital, experience across multiple countries and business models, and fluency in English.
